These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the kitayamachu platform, including all games, services, promotions, and financial transactions. Please read these terms carefully before creating an account or placing any wager. By accessing or using kitayamachu, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

Registering a kitayamachu account while under the minimum age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
All kitayamachu users must be at least 21 years old. Age verification may be required at any time. Accounts belonging to minors will be permanently closed.
Each individual may hold only one kitayamachu account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
Bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Real money deposits are always withdrawable subject to identity verification completion.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kitayamachu login credentials. All activity under your account is your responsibility.
Fraud, collusion, use of automated tools, and any attempt to exploit software errors are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate permanent account suspension.

kitayamachu reserves the right to require identity verification documentation at any stage — including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine ID (PhilSys, Passport, Driver's Licence, SSS/GSIS/Pag-IBIG card), proof of address, and payment method ownership verification. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.
Each individual person may register and operate only one (1) kitayamachu Account. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in closure of all related Accounts with forfeiture of any balance therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kitayamachu login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. kitayamachu will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
All information associated with your kitayamachu Account must be accurate and up to date at all times. kitayamachu reserves the right to suspend or close Accounts where material discrepancies are identified between Account information and identity verification documents.
An Account is considered inactive if no login or wagering activity has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. kitayamachu reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive Account balances after the applicable notice period, in accordance with Philippine regulations. Users will be notified prior to any fee application.
kitayamachu accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, and major Philippine bank transfers including BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso (PHP) ₱100 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your kitayamachu Wallet in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) business hours to process depending on the originating bank's clearing schedule.
You represent that all funds deposited into your kitayamachu Account are derived from legitimate personal sources and that you are the lawful owner of the payment method used. Depositing funds on behalf of another person or using third-party payment methods without authorisation is strictly prohibited.
All transactions on kitayamachu are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Where currency conversion is applicable, the exchange rate applied will be displayed prior to confirmation of the transaction.
To process a withdrawal from your kitayamachu Account, you must have completed identity verification (KYC). Withdrawals are subject to a minimum amount of ₱200 per transaction unless specified otherwise.
GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank.
kitayamachu applies a same-source withdrawal policy — funds must be returned to the payment method from which they were deposited, to the extent practicable, as a fraud and money laundering prevention measure.
Bonus Balance funds are not directly withdrawable. They must first be converted to Real Money Balance by satisfying the applicable wagering requirement for the specific bonus. Once the wagering requirement is met, the resulting Real Money Balance is freely withdrawable subject to standard KYC and processing requirements.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional offers made available by kitayamachu are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion. These general Terms & Conditions apply to all bonuses unless more specific promotional terms are stated.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds carry a minimum wagering requirement of thirty times (30×) the bonus amount before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, and expiry period will be stated in each promotion's specific terms.
Bonuses not claimed or wagering requirements not completed within the stated validity period will result in automatic forfeiture of the Bonus Balance without compensation.
kitayamachu reserves the right to withhold or reverse any bonus or associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging bets, systematic exploitation of bonus terms, use of multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, or coordinated abuse involving multiple players. A finding of bonus abuse constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
Each game available on kitayamachu is governed by its own specific game rules as provided by the game supplier. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager. Game rules are accessible within the game interface.
In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or game error that affects the outcome or settlement of any wager, kitayamachu reserves the right to void the affected wager(s) and return the staked amount to the player's Wallet. Winnings derived from a documented system error shall not be paid and may be reversed.
kitayamachu reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where unusual betting patterns or potential integrity issues are identified.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on kitayamachu and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and where applicable, referral to relevant Philippine authorities:
All content on the kitayamachu platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, software, text, and promotional materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of kitayamachu or its licensors. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without express prior written consent from kitayamachu. Game content remains the intellectual property of the respective game suppliers.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, kitayamachu's total liability to any User arising from or in connection with this Agreement or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
kitayamachu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or gaming opportunities, arising from: platform unavailability due to maintenance or technical issues; delays in third-party payment processing; force majeure events; or any act or omission outside kitayamachu's reasonable control.

You may request closure of your kitayamachu Account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, any remaining Real Money Balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed to your registered payment method.
Self-exclusion requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, kitayamachu will take reasonable steps to prevent promotional communications and decline any attempt to reopen or create a new Account under the same identity.
kitayamachu reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change. Continued use of the kitayamachu platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with the use of kitayamachu, you agree to first seek resolution through kitayamachu's internal complaints process by contacting the support team in writing. If the dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, the parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
